Having undergone an MBO in December 2010 with Inflexion PrivateEquity, Asperity Employee Benefits is now seeking to appoint a COO who can playan instrumental part in the next stage of growth.
The key deliverables of the role will be to:
- Contribute to the strategic planning process and become a keymember of the executive team, using operational acumen to identify specificbusiness opportunities.
- Build capability for rapid expansion both in the
- Maintain and develop a world-class customer service operationthrough technology, people, process, training and standards.
- Define and execute the HR strategy ensuring high levels ofemployee engagement
This is a truly hands-on role and it has multi disciplinarybreadth. Our preference will be towards strong operators who in addition haveexperience in at least one of the following:
- Call centres
- Commercial/business development
- Managing change and complex project management
- Human Resources
We are looking for candidates who are determined self starters,outstanding leaders with a track record in people development and completerfinishers who are flawless in their planning and execution of projects.
Previous experience at board level from a high volume, rapidlygrowing b2b or b2c service environment is a must.
