Rapidly growing private equity backed e-commerce business seeking to replace a founding CEO who is stepping back from the day to day role.

Operating in a clearly defined niche, the business provides services to its SME clients though a best in class operating platform.

The CEO hire will complete the senior team which is also complemented by some heavyweight Non-Executives.

Role:

Working with and leading the senior team, the CEO will be responsible for the strategic direction and future growth of the business
Development of 3 year operating plan
Develop and implement business metrics
Ensure the business consumer demand
Work with suppliers to develop further product offerings
Build, grow and develop organisational structure and succession planning
Ensure rigorous financial planning and that key performance indicators and economic drivers are carefully defined and monitored

Requirements:

Experience working with PE backed business
Proven success within a data-driven business environment with emphasis on sales and marketing
Proven success of working in a fast-paced and changing environment as a completer/finisher who delivers against objectives
Demonstrate strong commercial abilities
Management of external relationships
Proven management skills
