Overview:

Our client is an FMCG Manufacturer based in Germany which is backed by a European private equity house. The incumbent CFO is retiring and a replacement is needed. The business has a turnover of 20 million Euros and around 40 employees situated in Northern Germany.

Role:

We are looking for a Hands-on FD with the ability to develop a first class finance function within a fast growing business.

Requirements:

  • Must speak fluent German and have a strong cultural affinity
  • Experience working with German Manufacturing / FMCG businesses
  • Private Equity and Banking relationship experience
  • Chartered accountant with CFO / FD level experience
  • Hands on mentality and used to working in small finance teams
