Overview:

Recently Private Equity backed Manufacturing and Distribution business looking to introduce an interim Finance Director to position the business for national and international growth, with the potential of the position becoming a permanent appointment.

Role:
  • Provide commercial and strategic financial support to the board
  • Manage and run the incumbent finance team
  • Review current systems and process and identify where improvements can be made
  • Work with the board to position the business for international expansion
  • Manage investor and banking relationships
  • Structure and manage the businesses FX strategy

Requirements:

  • High volume Import and Export experience
  • Experience in delivering multi currency hedging strategies
  • Private Equity experience
