Finance Director - Interim

Package:  £800 per day

Our client is a business services company which has recently received funding from a leading mid market Private Equity investor.The business has experienced significant growth in the last three years and it is important to harness that growth under its new ownership with a view to doubling the size of the company over the next three years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up post deal group finance function with a particular emphasis on agreement of completion accounts, implement appropriate management information and control processes.
• Put in place robust working capital and cash flow forecasting
• Provide timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Implement appropriate KPI's

Candidates Requirements: 

• Experience of working in a Private Equity backed company. You have a thoroguh understanding of what PE owners expect from a well run finance function.
• First class man-management/leadership skills
• Demonstrable experience of upgrading finance teams, processes and systems
• Business service sector experience
