Our client  is a fast growing private equity backed services business based in the midlands.

Role:

We have an opportunity to join a very successful and fast growing young company operating within a real growth area.

Prior to a potential exit in the next two years the business needs to go through another period of professionalisation with regards to all areas of operations and finance in particular.

Organic growth is set continue throughout 2012 and there is opportunity to grow via acquisition, which presents additional challenges

The business requires an experienced Finance Director who has been through a number of private equity transactions and delivered a number of successful exits for investors. are looking for a Hands-on FD with the ability to develop a first class finance function within a fast growing business.

Requirements:

  • Experience of operating within a service sector i.e IT, Business, Media
  • Must have been through a number of VC/PE transactions including one successful exit
  • Significant acquisition integration experience
  • Track record of developing and professionalising finance and wider commercial/operational functions
  • Act as mentor to develop talented yet inexperienced team
