Overview:

Private Equity backed business looking for an Interim HR Director to join the board and lead the people integration of a newly acquired global organisation.

Role

  • Manage the people integration and TUPE transfer following the recent acquisition.
  • Design, develop and implement a new organisational structure.
  • Lead, professionalise and structure the HR capacity of the business.
  • Provide strategic HR input to board discussions.
  • Improve business efficiency.
  • Work with the CEO to assess the capacity of the senior team adding extra resource if necessary.

Requirements:

  • International integration experience.
  • TUPE transfer experience.
  • Experience in organisational structure design.
  • Extensive fashion retail experience.
  • Must have operated at board level in a global organisation.
  • Experience in a Private Equity backed business will be an advantage.
