Overview:
This rapidly growing private equity backed specialist fashion retailer is seeking an Interim IT Director to assist with its next stage of growth.
Role
- Take responsibility for managing an IT team of 30.
- Take control of and deliver an ERP system implementation.
- Establish IT standards to ensure all applications and infrastructure meet the needs of the business.
- Direct and deliver IT programmes which create commercial and operational advantages.
- Maximise IT ROI.
- Budget management.
Requirements:
- Well grounded in one of the three core disciplines; programming, database management and infrastructure and will need to be fully conversant and able to ask the right questions/add value across all three areas.
- Highly experienced in ERP system implementation
- Very strong strategically, commercially and technically and at the same time be happy to operate on a hands on basis with a small but growing team.
- Degree educated from a top/recognised institution. Potentially with relevant Masters or other professional qualifications
- Practically minded, not afraid of getting stuck in and hands on.
