Overview:
Our client is a private equity backed B2B marketing services company.
Role:
- The company is currently in the process of acquiring a competitor in its space and as such will need to conduct a full integration process
- There will be an initial audit process of the two businesses which will define the strategy and project plan for the integration
- It will be a full integration process and will include finance, operations, IT/Systems, office locations, and HR.
- The role could well lead to a longer term position within the company.
- Take responsibility for managing an IT team of 30.
Requirements:
- Experienced Interim Operations Director with significant acquisition integration experience.
- Must have integrated finance systems and processes previously so could well be a Finance Director with subsequent operations experience.
- Marketing services or general B2B business services sector experience.
- Used to working with multiple stakeholders and ideally private equity investors.
