This £40 million turnover, Private equity Backed, rapidly growing services company is seeking an IT and Operations Director to assist the business through its next stage of growth. With profits of more than £13m in 2010 and a market leading position the company has been listed in the last three editions of the Sunday Times Buy-Out Track 100 (the index of the fastest growing private equity backed companies in the UK)
Role
Joining a first class management team the primary requirement for the IT and Operations Director is to effectively manage the IT, Call Centre and HR functions and provide ongoing commercial and strategic input into the day to day running of the business.
Key responsibilities will be to:
* Define and execute the IT strategy
* Define and execute the call centre strategy
* Define and execute the HR strategy
* Develop service level agreements
* Be the lead for the integration process for any acquisitions
* Contribute to strategic planning process and become a key member of the executive team
We are looking for hands on operators with multi-disciplinary backgrounds from the customer services sectors (Call Centres, Insurance and Financial Services, Legal, IT and Data Services) with the following experiences:
* IT strategic planning and execution in call centre ops
* Significant man-management and leadership experience
* Project management/change?delivery experience. You must be a starter finisher
* Call centre operations experience with deep knowledge of the processes and systems required to manage a rapidly growing company in this sector
* Acquisition / integration experience
