Finance Director - Germany

Due to our success in the UK Private Equity market Marble Hill Partners is looking at expansion into Germany. Having already delivered on multiple assignments we have pro-actively hired German speaking team members to help us develop new German clients.

 As well as our ongoing client development in Germany we are keen to develop our network of German speaking Interim Finance Directors further.  

Role:

UK Finance Directors who are able to speak fluent German are highly sought after in Germany as they can bring more experience of Private Equity and banking relationships than is available in Germany.

We are looking for commercial Finance Directors who are fluent in German and experienced in working with Private Equity backed businesses.

 Key elements of opperating in German PE backed businesses:

 

  • Managing Private Equity investor relationships with the business
  • Managing Banking relationships
  • Assisting in the professionalisation of Finance functions as the businesses look to grow
  • Implementing new systems and processes
  • Providing commercial, stratetgic financial input to board discussions

    Requirements:

  • MUST be fluent in German and English
  • Experience working in a Private Equity backed business
  • Experience working with rapidly growing organisations 
  • Acquisition and integration experience
