Our client is looking to bring on board a finance director to lead the continued success of the company via both organic growth and acquisition. Now at a critical stage in its development the business and in particular finance needs to catch up with the growth they have enjoyed so far.
Role
* Very hands on with limited assistance from a small finance function.
* Particular challenges around putting in place robust processes, systems, and reporting.
* Leading and advising on all M&A activity.
Candidate Requirements:
* Independent and very hands on.
* Must have some M&A experience.
* Potentially have worked in a SME; AIM listed or owner managed business
* Must have technology or possibly media experience.
* ACA preferred.
This role could well suit a first time Finance Director as many of the deliverables will be familiar to a Financial Controller or divisional Finance Director.
