With recent Private Equity investment this market leading provider of travel management solutions to the marine and offshore industries is looking to add a Commercial Director to its newly created global board. The role represents an excellent opportunity for instrumental involvement in the direction and growth of this rapidly growing business.

Role

 * Map, understand and examine current sales and account management process
* Develop, set and direct global sales strategy
* Resource, build and lead a global sales team
* Deliver improved market share and increased revenues
* Build relationships with key clients at board level ensuring maximum spend per client
* Develop close relationships with global service centres
* Implement process to ensure maximum cross selling between regions and products

Candidate Requirements:

* Ability to influence business culture to achieve focus on Sales
* Used to operating in a fast paced global position
* Practically minded and hands on
* Excellent leader capable of inspiring individuals on the other side of the world.
* Excellent communicator
* Cultural understanding, capable of working with clients and colleagues from a vast array of cultural backgrounds
