Role

Due to the nature of the situation specific details can't be released in this ad however the basic outline of the role is as follows:
- Quickly review current HR systems and processes
- Immediately tackle significant HR challenges
- Work closely with Chairman to affect a turnaround

 Requirements

- Must have experience operating in high pressure turnaround situation
- Capable of operating in a small business environment with little structural HR support
