Richard Boot OBE DL
Executive Chair
Richard is the Executive Chair of Henley Insights Group, of which Marble Hill Partners is a part of, and he is also the Founder & Chair of Churchill Executive Search Ltd, that provides high-quality search services to Banking & Financial Services clients, as well as privately owned businesses.
Richard is directly involved with clients in Senior Executive and Non-Executive search processes and appointments.
During an extensive career at KPMG, Richard was a Managing Director and UK Board member for the firm’s Management Consulting and then Corporate Finance businesses. He was also Chairman of the Centre for Manufacturing Consultancy and non-executive Chairman of KPMG’s UK Automotive Practice for 7 years.
Richard served two terms as Regional Chairman of the Institute of Directors in the West Midlands and sat on the IOD National Council for 14 years.
He has been a Regional Chairman with private Bankers, Coutts & Co and a Board member and adviser for a number of private companies, including Non-Executive Chairman of a large multi-national packaging Group and its associated Investment vehicle.
On the recommendation of the Prime Minister, Richard was appointed by HM The Queen, an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the 2011 New Year’s Honours List.
